Emmy Jerde is a multi-instrumentalist from the wide-open plains of South Dakota, known for her electrifying fiddle and guitar work. Currently on tour with country powerhouse Gretchen Wilson, Emmy brings the fire of her roots and the polish of a seasoned Nashville pro to every stage she steps on. A Musician of the Year nominee at the iHeart Radio Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards, she’s earned recognition for her high-energy performances and raw, authentic style.
Her studio and live session work have been featured on Netflix, and one of the sessions she played on was nominated for a Josie Music Award, highlighting the creative range and impact of her work behind the scenes. Emmy has also taken the stage at the CMT Awards, showcasing her powerhouse musicianship on one of country music’s biggest nights.
Beyond touring and studio work, Emmy performs with her siblings in their family band, Zeona Road—a high-energy country group known for their tight harmonies and heartfelt original music. The band was nominated for Best New Artist at the iHeart Radio Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards, and has built a loyal following through performances at festivals, corporate events, and venues all across the country. Zeona Road continues to blend authenticity, talent, and family chemistry into a sound that’s both timeless and fresh.
With a career that bridges honky-tonk grit and rock-and-roll edge, Emmy has built a reputation as both a performer’s musician and a crowd favorite. Now based in Nashville, she continues to carve her path through the country and rock scenes—writing, recording, and touring with the same passion that started it all. Every show, every note, and every wild solo is a reminder of why she plays: for the love of music, and the thrill of connection. #fiddleup
